The Maine Contractors & Builders Alliance, in partnership with Camden Affordable Housing (CAHO), is constructing the third house in the Lupine Terrace subdivision.  
This 26 lot subdivision is a mix of affordable and market rate lots, with the intent of providing affordable houses in a market where many working people can't live in their own town.
This is the most recent of several houses we have built for CAHO over the last few years.

The House is of ICF block construction, and is designed to exceed current energy standards.
Much of the work was done by MCBA  members,  but we had many community volunteers helping out!
