The Maine Contractors & Builders Alliance, in partnership with Camden Affordable Housing (CAHO), is constructing the second house in the Lupine Terrace subdivision.  
This 26 lot subdivision is a mix of affordable and market rate lots, with the intent of providing affordable houses in a market where many working people can't live in their own town.
This is the most recent of several houses we have built for CAHO over the last few years.

The House is of ICF block construction, and is designed to exceed current energy standards.
Most of the work has been done by MCBA members,  and we always welcome volunteers to help!
