The MCBA has moved the office to a new location that should better serve our members. We are now located downstairs at 2043 Camden Rd. (Rt.90) in Warren, at Starbird Concrete's facility.
We would like to thank Sonny Goodwin of Monroe and Goodwin Builders for his generosity in letting us use an office in his building over the past few years.

MCBA has been proactive about this issue and has provided an opportunity for builders to voluntarily take part in this educational program that shows their commitment to improving their own businesses as well as the industry in general. Our Certified Builders must be able to provide proof of a minimum of two years construction experience, and provide proof of General Liability Insurance and Worker's Compensation Insurance (where required). MCBA Certified Builders have sucessfully completed the following courses: The Building Requirements of the State Residential Building Code, OSHA 10-hr Safety Training, Contract Law, and Business Ethics. This program is open to Members as well as Non-members. If you are interested in taking part in this program or are a consumer looking for a more information about our Certified Builders, please contact the MCBA Office at (207)230-0261.
